After years of wanting to adopt a cat I came across Strawberry Persian Pedigree Cat Rescue on Facebook. As soon as I had a look at their work I knew I wanted to adopt from them straight away.

The work they do to rescue so many cats is absolutely incredible and they do this out of the kindness of their hearts with no funding.

You can see straight away the amount of love and care they give to every single cat they rescue and this made me want to get in touch with them.

Once I’d been in contact and filled out a pre adoption form, I waited patiently for the perfect kitty to come along – Renee, who had bad tummy troubles and was being very carefully and thoroughly treated to ensure she was 100% ready to be adopted. Strawberry were absolutely wonderful at keeping in touch, giving me updates and fantastic advice for when I was ready to adopt Renee.

Even after the day Renee was finally adopted, they were if I ever needed anything and was so friendly and understanding to a new nervous cat mum! What is even better is that once you adopt a Strawberry cat you will not only have a beautiful and well cared for cat, you will have made great friends too.

PS. After this was written, we were so happy to be invited, so we also went to visit Renee and have cuddles and a cup of tea! Renee is so happy! We loved Renee as she spent 4 + months in our home while we got her tummy stable.
