“Gatsby (formally named Grumpy, then Gary) has been in his new home with Jo and flat mate Georgie for almost a week now. From the moment he arrived he’s charmed everyone with his curious, confident character and THOSE blue eyes! He’s sweet and gentle and utterly adorable!

He loves getting attention and is very helpful, rolling over when you’re grooming him – he likes to make sure you don’t miss anywhere especially his tummy! He’s been enjoying exploring his new home, finding his favourite sun spots, peering out of the windows and playing with his toys. He’s well behaved and makes a puuurrrrfect new flatmate! He only shows his grumpy side and dislike for other cats when he went to register at the vets who cleverly have a cat only clinic – Gatsby, of course would have much preferred to go along to the dog only clinic!

He says he misses all the humans at Strawberry rescue but thanks you for rescuing him and sending him to his forever home here with us. I’d like to say a huge thank you to Strawberry not only for rescuing him in the first place and all the fab work you do but also for all the care you’ve taken to keep in touch and tips you’ve passed on to make sure he’s settling in well xxx”
